The BMIP will be constituted of two main components:

• The commercial part, i.e. the for-profit-part
  
  The industrial zone shall become economically sustainable within 5 to 6 years of operation. In order to attract enterprises and to become sustainable, BMIP will offer a large set of incentives - free movement of goods, continuous supply of water and energy, etc.

• The philanthropic part, i.e. the non-profit part
  
  Will be devoted to vocational training especially for women, and will be located in the administrative & services buildings. Other social and cultural services – kindergarten, exhibition hall – will be developed.
