The project site is located about 3Km to the south of Bethlehem city center near Hindaza village, and about 15km to the north of Hebron.
It enjoys a balance between the proximity of the center of Bethlehem & an easy access to the exit of the city.
It benefits from the existence of a network of small & medium-sized enterprises located in the area of Bethlehem as well as the positive image of the city which is internationally acknowledged.
It is proposed to be constructed on approximately 50 Hectares. 22 Hectares are WAQF land. Some private land could be part of the project at a later stage if needed.
The Park will be constructed in several stages according to the actual demand for additional surface.
